Delivery charges
- Muscat: OMR 1.000
- Rest of Oman: OMR 2.000
Delivery times
- Muscat: [1–2] working days
- Other governorates: [2–4] working days
- Orders placed after [4 pm] or on Fridays/public holidays are processed the next working day.
Order tracking
You will receive an email when your order is confirmed and when it is dispatched. Our courier will call you before delivery.
Failed delivery
If we cannot reach you after 2 attempts, the order will be returned and we will contact you to arrange redelivery.
